Getting Ready For the Race
For me I’ve found that I can break down my race preparations into basic categories of strength, endurance, and planning. In asking these 3 questions I can get a pretty good feel for how I’m going to do at a race. How can I set myself up to endure mentally and physically for the race? Am I physically strong enough to finish the way I want to finish? What are the limitations of the race? So in these links I’ll attempt to share how I approach these 3 different aspects.
In the end it all boils down to determination in every aspect.
I don't know it all, but I hope in this section I can share some ideas that will help you as they have helped me.
